Can I cancel anytime after the setup?

Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month. There's no long-term contract. The setup fee is a one-time cost for building your system — it's not a lock-in mechanism. If you cancel, the built system is yours to reference, but the active management and ongoing service stops.

Why is there a setup fee at all?

Because we're not handing you a login and a tutorial. We build the system for you — custom voice, trades-specific intake questions, CRM wiring, call routing configuration. That work takes 5–10 hours of real build time. The setup fee covers that. It's what makes the monthly price as low as it is.

Is there a free trial or demo?

We don't offer a free trial in the traditional SaaS sense — because this isn't a SaaS product you self-serve. But during the 30-day guarantee period, you use the live system at no risk.
